Flowers

I LOVE these flowers!  My sister got about 40 of these plants for free a couple months ago from a friend who couldn't sell them because they all looked dead.  She kept about half of them and then gave me the other half.  I planted mine in two big buckets.  I didn't expect them to last, but I actually remembered to water them for the first couple weeks since we didn't have rain.  I eventually forgot about them, but we started getting rain again.  Suddenly, I noticed that both buckets were practically overflowing with flowers!   They are SO pretty!  About 1/4 of the plants are orange, but I couldn't tell when I put them in the buckets because they didn't have any blooms at the time.  Anyways, I took Tarcil outside to see them.  He likes smelling flowers.  And yes, he tried to eat one, but I stopped him.  :)

Rainbows on the Floor

I noticed after we moved into our new house, that the sun shines through the glass in the door just right to create these beautiful little rainbows on the floor.  :)  Tarcil liked looking at them.  :)

Atari Games

My husband had friends over to play the Atari after he got it working again.  He has a LOT of games for it.  I found these left out after everyone had left.  :)

Atari

So my husband recently was reunited with his Atari.  He has been trying on and off for a while to get it to work.  I am not really sure what he did this time, but he got it working!  Tarcil has absolutely no idea what he is standing on, but he likes it.  :)

Souvenir

My niece recently lost a couple of her stuffed animals at my church when she was there visiting.  One of these was her favorite bunny.  I searched and was able to find the bunny, but I couldn't find this new stuffed animal that was a souvenir she had just gotten from her grandpa.  Her grandma took up the search and found this little guy.  He ended up spending a night at my house before finding his way back home to my niece.  :)

The After Party with Penny!

Tarcil had to get himself all cleaned up for the after party!  He loves that Penny helps him celebrate his birthday!  She is so sweet to him!  Although she seemed confused as to why he was walking on her arm.  Haha!  :)  Whenever I see Tarcil and Penny together, I realize how much Tarcil has aged.  His fur used to be as vibrant as hers, but now it is almost white.  If you want to see for yourself, check out some of the first pictures I took of them together, and you can see how much he has grown and changed over the past two years.  They are both as sweet as ever!!  :)

Yummy Fruit Salad!

I made a yummy fruit salad for Tarcil's birthday on Wednesday.  He loved it!  However, I think some of it might have been kinda sour because he started making silly faces!   Haha!   :)

The Birthday Feast!

I gave Tarcil quite the feast for his birthday yesterday!!  He thoroughly enjoyed all the treats!  He especially liked the little bucket of nuts and seeds.  He almost got his head stuck in there trying to get them all out!  Haha!  Silly ham!  :)

Tarcil's 2nd Birthday!!!

Today is the day!!  I don't actually know how old Tarcil is, but as of today, he has been a part of my family for two years now!!  So we celebrate today as if it is his birthday!  I am so happy that he made it this far!  I am so incredibly blessed to have him!  He is so sweet and loving to everyone!  He brings me so much joy!  Look at that cute, happy face!!  Join me in telling Tarcil: Happy Birthday!!  :)

Glamour Shots

Tarcil got some glamour shots in before his party tomorrow!  We are getting soooo excited!!  Doesn't he just look so amazing for such an old little ham?!!?!  Haha!!  :)

Strawberry

This is a special week for Tarcil!!  On Wednesday we are going to celebrate his birthday!  In the meantime, he is getting pampered to prepare for the festivities!  :)  I gave him a delicious strawberry, but it must have been too sour because he stuck his tongue out at me after one bite.  Haha!   :)

Puppy Stuffed Animal

So as many of you probably know, we have a puppy named Beren!  He is super cute, but he takes up a lot of my time and training him is a lot of work.  But again, that's okay because he is cute and we love him!  Haha!  :)  Anyways, one thing that I knew would help him not be so lonely when we first brought him home two weeks ago is if he had a stuffed animal that he could snuggle with that would look like his mother and siblings.  I was so happy when I found this on Amazon!  I was a little disappointed with how small it is, but Beren doesn't seem to mind!  This stuffed animal has helped him so much!  It is the only thing he hasn't tried to destroy in our house!  Haha!  :)  Tarcil likes how soft the hair on this stuffed puppy is, and that it is nice and long like his own hair!  :)

Pretty Pink Baby Blanket Yarn

My sister requested that I use my crochet skills to make a new blanket for my niece since her favorite blanket is showing its age.  I bought this pretty pink yarn for the job!  I think it is gonna be perfect!  I still need to find a pretty pattern to use before I can actually start making the blanket.  At this point, I think it is gonna end up being a Christmas gift!  Haha!  :)

Pretty Candle Holder

This pretty candle holder was found in the attic crawl space along with the tea-sets.  This was in a box of Easter/Spring decorations.  I just love the flowers and the cute little bunnies!  I thought it would look wonderful in my house!  :)

This is the last of the 3 tea sets that I recently acquired.  I love the colors of this one, but the design is a little busy and crazy!  I still like it though!  :)

Tiny Tea Set #1

We are constantly finding more stuff that belonged to my husband's mother.  This tiny tea set was in a box in the attic crawl space.  I had to have it because it is just too pretty!  I try not to hold onto too many possessions because I don't like clutter, but something like this is a sweet reminder of my mother-in-law who I miss so very much!  This is actually one of 3 tea sets we found.  The next two days I will be posting pictures of the other two.  :)

Pretty in Purple

I crocheted this beautiful little blanket from some pretty purple yarn I had.  Tarcil looks so cute and pretty in purple!  :)

Bathroom Shelf

This nice cabinet has a shelf where I keep air freshener and tissues.  It is the prefect size for Tarcil to clean himself up and then try to hide.  Haha!  :)
