Lovely Hams

I love this fluffy little girl! She really isn't that big! She looks chubby, but I promise you it's mostly fluff! :) 

I know I say it all the time, but Narya is soooooo tiny! But she really is a sweet little thing! She seems to like being held. She already seems so much calmer than when I first met her! 

I need to learn how to be as chill as Vilya. Like seriously, he sleeps, eats, poops, and cuddles. Okay actually he can get loud as he runs on his wheel. But that's probably because he has his nest and food stash under the wheel. Hahaha! 

Messy Hams

Nenya is pretty sure you are supposed to sit in your food dish to eat the food in the dish. Seems right to me. :) 

Narya, there is, um, something on your, uh, face... But you're still so cute! 

Vilya is pretty sure the correct place to make a nest is in the tiny gap in the corner next to the wheel. Yeah, definitely a perfect spot. :) 

Tiny Babes

Why do they have to grow up so fast?!? Look at that baby face!

Narya is just SO tiny!! I am so impressed at the speed that little furball achieves! She's fast! 

Vilya is such an awesome, handsome hammy!! 

Introductions of New Hamsters!

I think it's time for some introductions! This is Nenya! I got her a couple months ago. She is shy, but so sweet. She is soooooo good at posing for pictures! I call her my little princess. :)

This is Narya (formerly known as Cinnamon)! I picked her up today from The Pipsqueakery! She is a tiny ball of crazy and cute! Her name refers to fire, so I think it is appropriate. :) I am excited to learn more about her personality! :)

This is Vilya (formerly known as Varick)! I also picked him up at The Pipsqueakery today! He is so laid back and sweet! He is Narya's dad, and he reminds me so much of my dear Tarcil! I love my trio of hammies! You will be seeing lots more of these cuties!

Announcement!

Announcement! I know I haven’t posted much since Tarcil passed away. He was such a special little guy, and I know he can never be replaced, but I am excited to share with you all that I am adopting a hamster from The Pipsqueakery! They specialize in rescuing hamsters (and sometimes other small rodents) and are located in Bloomington, IN. They have such big hearts, and I am so excited that I can support them in this way! There are other reasons I am bringing this up to you all. First, I would love to take a load of donations with me when I go to pick up my little girl. They are a nonprofit rescue and sanctuary which means they have lots of needs and operate from donations. If you are interested in donating goods, you can do that directly through their Amazon wish list, or you can get it to me before I leave. Second, if any of you are interested in adopting a hamster from them, you can fill out the application online, and if you get approved, I would be more than happy to transport your hamster to Fort Wayne for you when I go get mine on May 26th!
