Knitting!

I know how to knit now!  This is my first project!  You'll have to wait to see what it is when it is finished.  :)  Tarcil can't wait!  He liked seeing how much I have progressed.  :)

Learning to Knit

I have decided that I want to learn how to knit.  I bought a bunch of supplies and I am going to learn today how to do this.  Tarcil is interested in what I will be making.  I think he is apprehensive about getting put into hats, scarves, and jackets made for him.  Hahaha  :)

Dessert!

Tarcil enjoyed a nice big carrot treat after his big bowl of food yesterday.  His cheeks were so stuffed!  He made sure to lick up the crumbs too.  :)  The overhead view shows how fat his cheeks were.  :)

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving!  I hope you all are enjoying time with family and friends!  And I especially hope that you take some time to think about all that you have to be thankful for!  

Tarcil got a nice big bowl of treats to eat so he could stuff himself like the rest of us are doing.  :)

Pie Time!

Thanksgiving is tomorrow which means I have pies to make!  I am making pumpkin pie, pecan pie, and pumpkin cheesecake!  So many tasty pies!  Tarcil wants to help, but I think he secretly just wants to sneak a nibble or two when I am not looking.  :)

Ghirardelli Chocolates

My husband and I stocked up on more Ghirardelli Chocolates!  Tarcil liked being surrounded by them, but he was sad that he couldn't eat any.  I gave him a nice treat that he could eat.  :)

Creme De Menthe

My husband is obsessed with mint and he uses up my mint flavoring way too quickly.  I finally decided it would be time to buy some creme de menthe syrup in hopes that it would last longer.  I do have to say that it is quite tasty!!  Tarcil always likes checking out new stuff at our house.  I think he liked the smell of the mint.  :)

Cardboard Tube

Tarcil is constantly getting new and different toys to play with, but sometimes it is nice to go old school and get to the basics.  He enjoyed getting to squeeze through a cardboard tube again, just like he did when he was so little!  :)

Play Time

Tarcil likes playing with the toys in his cage.  I love to spoil him with lots of toys to chew on.  :)

Space Heater

I use a space heater in Tarcil's room to keep it from getting too cold at night.  He is so spoiled.  :)

Food

Tarcil found some tasty food!  He took some time eating it to savor it.  :)

Sniffing

Tarcil is sniffing around for food.  He has such as good nose.  :)

Excuse Me?

I am pretty sure Tarcil was trying to get my permission by begging before he proceeded to climb up my leg and act as if I am his personal jungle gym.  Hahaha!  It's okay though.  I enjoy letting him run, climb, and jump on me.  :)

Chairs

It is getting close to that time of year when we gather with those that we are thankful for and share a wonderful meal otherwise known as Thanksgiving Dinner.  Tarcil is checking out our dinning room to figure out how he can get prepared to join in the fun.  :)

Thankful for friends

Tarcil is realizing that he has a lot to be thankful for.  The friends he has are the top of his list.  Penny is generally a good friend to him, so he wants to show his thanks for her in his life.  :)

Veterans Day

Happy Veterans Day!  Tarcil and I want to take a brief moment to express our gratitude for all the Veterans.  We enjoy so many freedoms that would not be possible without the service and dedication of so many men and woman!  Thank you!!  :)

Grin

I am pretty sure Tarcil is grinning at me.  Hahaha!  I love that little furry face!!  :)

Ew!

Tarcil doesn't like Mondays...  And today is Monday...  This is the face that Tarcil makes when he realizes that it is Monday.  Hahaha  :)  I think we can all relate to this.  :)

Hamster Ball

Tarcil loves exploring our house in his hamster ball!  He is nice enough to wait until I get the lid secured on his ball before he runs off.  :)

Helping Hand

Sometimes we all just need a helping hand.  In this case, Tarcil literally needed my hand.  Hahaha  :)

Hide and Seek

Tarcil decided to hide behind this pillow when I wasn't looking.  This started a game of hide and seek.  However, before I had a chance to search for him, he popped his head out.  :)

Ruffled Up

Sometimes I like to ruffle up Tarcil's fur to see how long and fluffy he is.  And I also enjoy seeing how scruffy I can make him look.  Hahaha  :)

Old Couch

I decided to let Tarcil say goodbye to the old couch before it goes in the trash.  Unfortunately, today is trash day, and my husband and I just now realized that we can't carry it to the street by ourselves.  Apparently, we are gonna keep it another week until we can get someone to help us carry it.  :)

New Couch!

Last week we got a new (to us) couch!  It has some stains, but it is definitely much nicer than our old couch.  And it is also SOOO comfy!  Tarcil is finally getting a chance to check it out.  He looked like he could fall asleep as he snuggled next to the cushion.  :)
