Yummy Banana

I love spoiling Tarcil with his favorite treat: Bananas!  He takes his time to eat them instead of immediately stuffing it into his cheek.  And I love seeing his furry paws gently hold the banana!  Seriously, I could watch Tarcil do almost anything and think it is automatically adorable!  He makes every little menial task sooooo cute!!

Plants

Today has been a lazy day in our house.  I unintentionally slept in, which wasn't that big of a deal.  I was pretty surprised that I was actually able to sleep that long!  I guess I needed the extra sleep!  Tarcil loves having lazy Mondays!  He liked looking at this flower pot of plants that I have had for a while now.  The plants no longer are contained within the pot; they are hanging over the edge onto the table.  :)

Penny and Tarcil

These two make me SO happy!  I have noticed that Tarcil's hair got a lot lighter when it got long, so they don't look like they match in color as well as they used to.  But they are still adorable buddies!  :)

Roses

My sister is the best and last week she gave me these BEAUTIFUL roses as part of a housewarming gift!!  She is so sweet!  She also gave us chocolate and a gift card.  The flowers are actually dead now, the chocolate eaten, and the gift card spent.  But the thoughtfulness will never be forgotten!  I love her so much!  :)

Cuddles

So....  Today is my birthday.  :)  And Tarcil is just unbelievably cute!!!  I really appreciate the fact that he likes cuddles!!  I seriously love this little guy so much!!  He makes every day so much better!  :)  Also, I would be a jerk if I didn't say Happy Birthday to my twin!  She is wonderful, amazing, and awesome!!  She is a huge part of my life and one of my best friends (my husband being the other)!  She is such a blessing to me, and I love living so close to her!  :)

Pelle Windows

My husband thoroughly enjoys the fact that our new home already has nice Pelle windows.  The windows have the slim blinds built into them which are sooooo good at blocking light!  I have been sleeping so much better since we moved!  Our bedroom actually gets dark and stays dark!  And we don't hear much traffic noise at all compared to our previous house.  Now the only thing that interrupts my sleep is the temperature of the bedroom and/or Penny.  We have had trouble finding a temperature that we can agree on.  Surprisingly my husband has been getting too cold and I have been too hot!  We used to be the opposite!  Haha!  Anyways, I am digressing from the windows.  My husband and I definitely agree that the windows are very nice!  :)

Corner Bread Box

I feel like the time has flown by recently!  I have been so busy with so many different aspects of my life that I feel like today has been my first chance to catch my breath, and even then, I have been too tired to do much work, so I am still way behind on everything.  I am hoping I can get back to my normal work schedule soon!  But at this point, it looks like that won't happen until next week.  Until then, I have some pictures I took last week while I was still unpacking.  Hopefully they aren't too boring for you!  :) 

Tarcil thinks it's pretty neat that we have a bread box built into the corner of our kitchen cabinets.  I agree with Tarcil.  Although, I am still in the habit of checking the refrigerator for our bread.  Haha.  :)
