The older Tarcil gets, the more he looks like a grumpy old man that is upset that he is awake. Haha! But he is always so cute! I am sure the fact that it is Monday also has something to do with that face. Haha! :)
We are the cutest hamsters ever, and we have the best adventures in the world!! :)

Rit Dye Tests
So these are some of the pieces of cheesecloth that I dyed! These were all "test" pieces as I worked on figuring out the process to get the results I wanted. I like the results and can't wait to share the final results with you all! :)

Rings
As I mentioned yesterday, my husband and I don't usually celebrate every holiday, and Valentines Day was one that especially got overlooked. This year, I stumbled on these pretty little rings on Amazon and expressed my interest in them. I told him I only wanted one of them, but he bought both of them for me. He is so sweet! :)

Almond Cookies
My husband and I haven't always been the best at celebrating different holidays, but I have been working on changing that. I specifically really enjoy making treats to match the holiday. These heart shaped almond cookies were for Valentines Day last week. I was SO excited to make these! My mom used to make these when I was a kid, but she got busy and so it's been many years since I have had them. They were exactly like I remembered! So yummy!! Tarcil tried to sneak in a taste for himself. Silly ham!

Tarcil Prints and Products!
Hey! I wanted to remind you all, especially those of you that may be newer to this blog, that I have a gallery of my favorite pictures of Tarcil that are available for you to buy! You can buy prints as well as a variety of products like magnets, calendars, books, cards, ornaments, and more! You can create things for yourself or give them away as gifts to those you love! If you are interested in seeing my other galleries, you can go to the link above called prints to see what else I have available.
This gallery might be my favorite! Within this gallery you will find the results of what started as more of a hobby for me and then become so much more! I have over a thousand pictures of my hamster, Tarcil, so it was difficult to narrow it down to my favorite, but you can see them here!
Thank you all for your support! :)

Rit Dye
So if you all were starting to think I was crazy for getting SO much plain white fabric, I assure you, I have a plan. I bought Rit dye so that I can turn that white cloth into pretty colors! I am so excited to experiment with mixing different colors to make unique colors! Hopefully I can share some of the results with you soon! :)

Stretchy Fabric
So, along with all of that cheesecloth I bought to make wraps for newborn photography sessions out of, I also bought these other two stretchy fabrics. I found them for $1/yard and thought at that price, I can get plenty to experiment with! I can't wait to get started on these projects! :)

Cheesecloth
So in my recent push to get more props for my newborn photography and to add variety into my stash of props, I finally jumped on the bandwagon and bought cheesecloth to make wraps out of! I bought the nice stuff and a lot of it so I can make ALL the wraps I could possibly want and then some! Haha! :)

More Pretty Yarn
I have fallen in love with this yarn! It is my current obsession for newborn photography props! So of course I had to buy more of it in these gorgeous colors! I think Tarcil wants me to make something for him out of these pretty yarns. :)

Pretty Yarn
I have literally been looking at these yarns every week for months because I love them so much but I just couldn't justify buying them. I obviously caved and got them! I already started a project with the tan colored yarn and I love the way it looks! I am sure I am going to find lots of pretty uses for this pretty yarn! It is so soft and delicate that it is perfect to make blankets, wraps, and more for my newborn photography sessions! :)

Rollin
In case you are wondering, this first picture is Tarcil's "oh no!" face. Hahaha! He was happily going through the tube when it suddenly started to roll to the side. He looked pretty scared for a second! Haha! He was fine once he got himself out. :) Hopefully your day is starting out better than his. :)

Happy Friday! I LOVE these vibrant colors for these two newborn cocoons! These yarn is so great to work with! Doesn't Tarcil look so cute all snuggled in there??!?! :)

Neutral Cocoons
When I first saw this yarn, I wasn't sure I liked it, but when I thought of it being used for a newborn cocoon, I thought it would be perfect! I love that these are neutral, natural looking colors with pretty highlights! They seem to have so much more texture that the other colors I bought. I love that I now have such a variety of colors of cocoons for mothers to choose from for their newborns photography sessions! :)
Tarcil and I would also like to say Happy Birthday to my dad!
