Window sill

Today is finally a warmer day!  The forecast indicates that this warmer weather won't last too long.  But that is okay.  I know that before too long, it will be hot!  :)

Tarcil loves seeing and exploring new places as often as possible, even if that means only ever seeing them from a distance.  :)

Peeking Outside

Yesterday was a busy, but very fun day for me!  The most exciting news is that my newest nephew was born!  I was able to meet him and hold him last night for a little bit.  His name is Hezekiah, or Zeke for short.  He is so precious!!  :)  Check out my other blog later today to see pictures of Zeke!  :)

I don't like how cold it is today, and I especially don't like that we are supposed to get more snow.  I feel just like Tarcil, peeking outside to decided if I am brave enough to venture out.  Haha.  While Tarcil gets to stay warm inside, I have errands to run out in the cold.  I guess this weather will just help me to appreciate the warmth when it does finally decide to stick around.  :)

To Do Lists

Every week I like to start by making a to do list or a schedule that covers all the activities for each day.  I make notes of specific items that I don't want to forget as well as plan the meals for the rest of the week.  Today I had Tarcil's help in doing this.  Although to be honest, he was more of a distraction than a help... hahaha  :)

Sea Shell

I am sure looking forward to warmer weather staying around for more than one day at a time!  This massive shell was not found on a beach.  I made this in my ceramics class at IPFW.  From this angle it looks good, but there is actually a crack on the inside from when it was fired in the kiln.  Tarcil loves exploring new things.  :)

More Boxes

This is a box that I use to keep extra photography equipment in.  I throw in some batteries, memory cards, and whatever else is knocking around my house that I don't want to lose.  I used an ink transfer method to print my logo onto this wooden box.  Tarcil seems to really enjoy playing in boxes, so I let him play.  :)

Wedding Pictures Box

I am delivering disks of wedding pictures in this pretty box to a client of mine today.  I let Tarcil hide in the box as I got ready to go.  He seemed to be having fun.  :)

Don't Leave Me!

More often than not, when I have Tarcil out of his cage, this is what he does when I put him back in his cage.  He stands up and leans against the glass as if to beg me to let him stay with me for just a little longer.  Sometimes, I oblige.  But other times, I take pictures because I love seeing his furry little tummy!  Hahahahah!!  :)

This is Tarcil doing his best to give me "puppy dog eyes".  Isn't he so cute?!?  :)
