Wire Basket

I have been eyeing this wire basket for a few weeks, but I told myself I didn't need it so I didn't buy it.  But of course, when I saw it was on sale, then I suddenly changed my mind and bought it.  Haha!  I am glad I got it because it really is quite cute!

New Basket

I love baskets, and when I saw this one on sale, I thought it would be great to add to my collection.  Doesn't Tarcil look so cute??!!  :)

Purple Mixes

These pretty purple mixes conclude my series of the fabrics I have dyed!  I loved doing this so much!  I think Tarcil is ready for a break from posing with all this fabric.  Look at him trying to run away!  Haha!  :)

Yellow/Green Mixes

So I did get one chance to spend a little time mixing colors before I cleaned up.  I was aiming to get a light and brighter green since the other greens I did were so dark.  I really like what I got and really hope I get a chance to mix and experiment more!  :)

Tarcil wants to know if this counts as wearing green for St. Patrick's Day.  What do you think?

Greys

I have a weird obsession with grey.  I find myself buying so many grey clothes, I use a lot of grey in my packaging for my business, and I would totally paint my whole house grey if I had the time and money.  Haha!  I think I like that grey provides a blank slate that compliments and helps enhance everything else around it.  Whites, blacks, and colors pop so well when paired with grey.  Doesn't Tarcil look so cute and amazing??!!!?  :)

Brown

I was so fascinated at the way the different fabrics took the dye!  The cheesecloth was very difficult to get a variety of shades, but the other fabrics were crazy!  The lace especially stands out because it seems to contain so much grey/blue.  Also, I want to put out that I love how well you can see Tarcil's little feet in these pictures!  Usually he seems to be such a pancake that you can't see his feet.  Haha!  :)

Tans

So out of everything I did, I think these tans are the closest to being a perfect match to Tarcil.  I mean just look at these pictures!  I just love how these fabrics contain all of the pretty shades of tan that Tarcil's luscious locks have.  :)
