Tarcil with Penny's toys

I couldn't resist doing this!  This little basket is how I attempt to keep all of Penny's toys together instead of lost under the couches.  Tarcil fits pretty nicely in the basket and almost blends in with the cat toys.  :)

Just to be clear, I do NOT let the kitty play with the hamster.  :)

Happy Veterans Day!

I am so thankful for all the men and women who have served and are currently serving in so many different capacities all over the world!  "Thank you" really doesn't even begin to describe my gratitude for you all!  I especially want to give a shout out to my awesome brother in law who is currently serving in the Navy.  I love you and miss you Quinn!!  :)

I know that me posting pictures of my hamster doesn't really do any justice for today in honoring our veterans in the way that they deserve, but Tarcil is super cute and maybe these pictures of him can bring a little extra cheer to someone.  :)  I decided to stick Tarcil on a mirror because I wanted to see how he would react to seeing himself.  He didn't seem to notice at all.  He was too interested in watching what I was doing.  :)

Tarcil likes working with me.  :)  I love having him with me while I work, but he is terribly distracting.  I mean, he is just so cute and fuzzy!  :)

Tarcil was being super lazy while he was eating his treats.  Instead of moving closer to the food to reach it, he just stuck out his tongue!  It was so funny!!  :)

Mmmmm...  Chick-fil-A!!  For those you who might not know, I worked there for around 5 years.  I definitely miss my co-workers and the food!  Seriously, that food is so addictive!!  :)

Tarcil seemed to like having something close to his size that is soft.  But he did nibble on the cow's legs a bit... :)
