Packing Supplies!

Okay so I know that so far this week has been focused on Vision Youth Conference which is TOMORROW!!  But I have to interrupt with this update to our progress with buying a house.  For the last couple weeks we have been buying and gathering packing supplies and are slowly, but steadily moving our belongings into boxes.  Some days we get about 20 boxes packed with our stuff and other days we are lucky to even get one.  I think we must be insane to be doing so many big events right now for the youth ministry at church while also attempting to buy a house, pack, and move all our stuff.  Did I mention that we have SO much stuff??!!?  This process has involved quite a bit of sorting through our stuff to decide what we actually want to keep, and then making numerous trips to donate our unwanted stuff at The Rescue Mission.  I am fairly certain that Tarcil doesn't have a clue what is going on.  He will figure it out when we get moved into our new house though.  :)

Epic

Every good conference not only has prizes that can be won for completing a certain task or winning a game, but also has great freebies for everyone!!  This little book called Epic by John Eldredge is a great book and so easy to read all at once!  Of course I won't tell you all of the freebies in advance.  You'll just have to wait to see them later!  Vision Youth Conference is now only a couple days away!!!  We are all so excited!!  :)  

CDs

So these CDs are some more of the awesome prizes we have for the students to win at our Vision Youth Conference this weekend!  We are getting even more excited!!  It is coming up soon!!  And of course we also have plenty of candy for everyone too.   I don't trust Tarcil around candy though, so no pictures of that!  :)

Books

My husband and I are putting on a conference for the youth and their parents at our church this weekend.  We have named it Vision Youth Conference.  This conference is going to be so awesome and represents a lot of planning, preparations, and prayers over many months!  We are so excited!  Every youth conference needs to have good games and great prizes!  We bought a nice collection of wonderful books by Eric and Leslie Ludy and John and Stasi Eldredge!  I hope the students read them and enjoy them as much as I have!  We also have other awesome prizes that you can find out about tomorrow.  :)  Tarcil is wishing he knew how to read so he could enjoy these books too!  :)

Did You See That??!?

These are my lovely, adorable, amazing pets, Penny and Tarcil!  I love my furry family!  And I love that they love each other!  They are so sweet together!  I think it is cute that they both got distracted by something they saw.  I have no idea what they were looking at.  But they are SO cute!  :)

Banana

Tarcil goes to his happy place whenever he gets a banana!  He LOVES bananas!  I love watching him eat bananas.  :)

Glorious Waves

I love Tarcil's glorious waves!  His hair is so soft and nice!!  :)
