I found a hamster in my kitchen utensils!! Hahaha! My little Tarcil is loving his "tour" of the kitchen. Maybe I can convince him to help me with the cooking... Haha. I don't think his tiny little paws could be much help, and he would probably just eat everything anyways. :)
We are the cutest hamsters ever, and we have the best adventures in the world!! :)

Spices
Tarcil is continuing his exploration of the kitchen. Today he discovered this wonderful vintage spice cupboard that I received from my husband's grandma. I love its design! The little glass bottles still have real spices in them!
This is the spice rack I got from my bridal shower and the one that I use all the time! I love spices!! :)

Today is my Father-in-law's birthday! Happy Birthday Bob! :)
Tarcil wants to help me make cupcakes for our celebration... But I don't think I want his help. Haha :)

Vase
I seriously have an obsession with putting Tarcil into random objects. I am always curious how he will respond to a new space. When I put him in this vase, I seriously couldn't stop laughing. He immediately burrowed down and just left his nose and whiskers sticking out. I didn't think he would ever come out again. Haha! :)
Eventually he cleaned his face and poked his head out for a little bit. He seriously loved being in there. Hahaha! :)

Tunneling in Blankets
Tarcil loves running around under blankets! The desire to build tunnels underground is an instinct that he will always have! :)

Baseball
Baseball is my husband's favorite sport! He played as a kid (and got really good!) until halfway through middle school when he got diagnosed with cancer in his knee/leg. The chemotherapy, radiation, and surgeries left him unable to play, but he still loves to watch baseball. This ball and glove were his from back when he still played. :)
