Home Sweet Home

Tarcil's favorite place to be is his home.  He used to use the tree stump, but he seemed to outgrow that one.  He has been absolutely loving his new two-story home!  Okay so it isn't really that new... he has had it for quite a while now.  You can see where he has been crewing on it.  :)

I left the old house in his cage because he likes to climb on top of it and he still sometimes goes inside of it.  He mostly sleeps on the bottom story of his new house, but I like when I catch him explore the second story too.  :)

New Camera!

So I actually got this new camera a couple weeks ago, but due to the business of holidays, it has mostly been in my camera bag.  Today I had some fun messing around with taking pictures of a camera taking pictures.  :)  Tarcil of course was the subject matter.  :)

My Camera Bag

Tarcil LOVES exploring new things.  Today I realized that he has only seen my cameras, but he hasn't really seen the rest of my equipment or the inside my camera bag.  So of course I let him rummage through my camera bag.  :)

Bible Study

Tarcil joined me this morning for some Bible study.  :)

He is awfully distracting, but that's okay because I love him.  :)

New Year's Resolution

Tarcil decided to jump on board and make a list of his New Year's Resolutions.

His final list was:
1. Eat more fruit, veggies, and grains (and treats!)
2. Exercise (cuddle) more
3. Play more!
4.  Make new friends!

What do you think?  How does it compare to your own resolutions for this new year?

I think Tarcil's list is perfect.  :)

Tarcil under the Table

Tarcil seems to enjoy exploring underneath our table.  There are just SO many wooden legs for him to chew on so even though he is probably in heaven, I don't plan on letting him continue his exploration.  He has plenty of wooden toys to chew on that won't result in damage to my table and chairs.  :)

Tarcil on the Bookshelf

This year I decided that I want to read more.  I love reading a good book so I thought I would introduce Tarcil to some books too.  He of course didn't seem interested at first.  I guess I will have to keep working with him on that.  :)
