Tarcil's Halloween Costumes Day 12: Harry Potter

Happy Halloween!  This is probably my favorite costume from this year because of all the separate pieces that were made for it.  Tarcil really enjoys the wizarding world of Harry Potter, and so it seemed obvious for this to be one of his costumes!  Tarcil didn't really like the wearing the glasses, but they sure looked adorable on him!  :)

Frodo

So I don't think there are any words to describe how much I love this costume!  Tarcil always wants to honor the origins of his name, and since last year he dressed in Gondor and Rohan costumes, this year he thought he should represent the Hobbits by being Frodo Baggins.  He really seemed to enjoy Sting, though it was too big for him to wield.  :)  You can't really tell from the pictures, but he even has the Elven brooch clasping his cloak.  :)

Indiana Jones

Tarcil loves pretending that he is a hero, and one of his favorite heroes is Indiana Jones.  Tarcil also thought the whip was cool, but he didn't really seem to like the hat.  Haha  :)

Alright folks!  Tarcil wanted to be Waldo, and to truly appreciate this, I figured we should have a Where's Waldo game with my stuffed animals and Tarcil.   So, can you spot Tarcil??

Tarcil really loves toys, including Mr. Potato Head!  Although Tarcil's idea of playing with toys is to chew on them.  Haha.

Tarcil has never had M&Ms before, but he likes the characters in the commercials!  He chose to be the yellow M&M since he is already yellow himself!  :)

I had some trouble coming up with ideas for costumes for Tarcil this year, and when I reached out to friends and family, I received a LOT of great ideas!  I am pretty sure this was one of them, but now I can't remember who gave me this idea.  For those of you that gave me ideas, THANK YOU!  

Anyways, Tarcil liked wearing this little red jacket and hanging out with Tigger.  I think he was disappointed when he found out that the jar of hunny was empty.  Hahaha :)
