Penny likes to watch over Tarcil when I am taking pictures of him. I think she is worried he will run away if no one is watching him. Hahaha. I know Tarcil was way too comfortable to leave that bean bag chair. Penny blinked when I took the first picture, but it was still too cute to not share! :)
